People Experience and Wellbeing Advisor

Role Overview

• Oversee the successful execution of our People Experience and Wellbeing offerings
• Deliver on the short, medium, and long-term company objectives for creating a thriving workforce
• Collaborate with key interested parties within the business and work with external providers

Requirements

• Excellent organisational skills
• The ability to corral a wide network of champions to aid the delivery of wellbeing programmes
• Passion for delivering engagement through effective education and communication
• Demonstration of collaboration and curiosity to drive successful outcomes
• Highly numerate with exceptional attention to detail
• Knowledge of Corporate Wellbeing and whole person wellbeing (Desirable)
• Knowledge of People Experience in the workplace (Desirable)
• Experience of Financial Wellbeing programmes (Desirable)
