Partner with business stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities to deploy AI/ML across the insurance value chain
Define and execute Asia data, analytics, and AI strategy aligned with business priorities
Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on data and AI transformation
Translate complex data and AI concepts into clear business value narratives
Translate business problems into data and AI solutions with measurable impact
Oversee the design, development and implementation of advanced analytics and AI across underwriting, claims, distribution and operations domains
Oversee scalable data platforms supporting analytics and AI workloads
Ensure data readiness for AI/ ML/GenAI (structured and unstructured data pipelines)
Partner with Technology and Security to ensure safe, compliant AI adoption
Drive a culture of data-driven and AI-augmented decision-making
Enforce Data Management Policy and AI Governance Policy along with the respective standards to improve data quality and ensure responsible use of AI across the organisation
Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing, multi‑disciplinary D&A team across Asia
Requirements
Relevant years in data, analytics, or AI roles, preferably in insurance or financial services
Proven experience leading data and analytics teams with business impact
Hands-on experience with AI/ML and exposure to Generative AI / LLM applications
Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern data stacks
Strong understanding of AI governance, risk, and compliance considerations
Enterprise mindset with strong commercial acumen
Ability to bridge business strategy and technical execution
Influential leader with strong stakeholder management skills
