Collaborate with leaders and India HR head to understand business objectives, providing strategic HR advice that supports the achievement of Sinch goals.
Lead initiatives to assess and refine organizational structures, ensuring they support business goals and promote agility, scalability, and operational efficiency. Partner with leaders to design optimal team structures, role definitions, and decision-making processes to improve collaboration and performance.
In partnership with the Centre of Practice, drive talent development initiatives across the employee lifecycle, including succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement, ensuring that the right talent is in place to meet future needs.
Lead HR-driven change initiatives and provide expert guidance on building a local high performing capability centre.
Implement talent strategies to foster a culture of inclusivity, equity, and high performance. Manage complex employee relations, and investigations, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and global HR policies while creating a positive work environment.
Develop and execute workforce planning strategies that optimize organizational design, resourcing, and cost-effectiveness in line with business growth and expansion plans.
Utilize external benchmarking, HR operations and analytics/workforce data to inform strategic decisions, monitor HR trends, and anticipate future challenges or opportunities for improvement
Requirements
Should be an MBA – HR from a recognized institution
Min 8+ years of relevant experience into HR and 3-4 years’ experience into GCC.
Experience working in a global environment
Proven expertise in stakeholder management.
Strong knowledge of HR compliance
Effective written and verbal communicator with experience influencing others and collaborating cross-functionally
Ability to design and implement programs aligned with organizational needs
