Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to support strategic, operational, and transformation initiatives across the Transmission BU
Support the development of business plans, financial models, and investment evaluations (CapEx, make-or-buy, M&A screening)
Collect, validate, and synthesize data from multiple functions (Operations, Finance, Engineering, Installation, etc.)
Prepare structured reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior stakeholders and leadership forums
Contribute to the preparation of strategic workshops, reviews, and transformation governance routines
Actively support ad-hoc analyses related to performance improvement, portfolio optimization, and long-term planning

University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Up to 3 years of experience in similar role or project management, installation positions, in EPC companies
Strong analytical mindset with solid proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Basic understanding of financial concepts (e.g. P&L, cash flow, ROI, business cases)
Strong interest in corporate strategy, business transformation, and industrial environments
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and international context
Strong attention to detail and structured problem-solving skills
Fluent in English; Italian is a plus
