To service customers via inbound and outbound calls in regards to presenting and closing customers on products and services, and handle Patient Enrollment and repeat order opportunities in a courteous, professional manner.
Identify the reason(s) for the call, utilize the systems to document and route for follow up.
When applicable at point of contact, respond appropriately to customers’ questions and resolve inquiries.
Complete and/or update all pertinent records in Brightree
Process leads from external departments to complete the necessary follow-up and product offerings
Place outbound telephone calls in response to the customer’s inquiry as documented on the correspondence, or other approved marketing lead
Research and problem resolution, communicating the outcome to the customer as appropriate
Complete and/or update all pertinent records in Brightree using Corporate Compliance Guidelines

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of one year experience in the field
Willingness to engage in telephone direct sales
English/Spanish bilingual preferred
DME experience
Brightree experience
Call center experience a plus as position entails a high amount of customer interaction over the phone
Ability to take initiative and work independently.
