Provide strategic direction and mentorship to direct reports
Oversee brand governance, acting as the guardian of visual identity, tone of voice, and messaging
Manage brand health and audience sentiment
Develop crisis communication strategies
Bring the brand to life through compelling communications and brand-led campaigns
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
Requirements
5+ years of experience in brand management or communications
Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex processes
Natural relationship-builder who can engage everyone from Co-Founders to frontline volunteers
Proactive problem-solver with a deep passion for the Orange Sky mission.
