Role Overview
- own and deliver the CEO integrated communications strategy and agenda
- serve as the CEO’s primary communications advisor
- capture, refine, and evolve the CEO’s distinct voice across formats and channels
- design and deliver an integrated internal CEO engagement strategy
- lead and shape the CEO’s media and visibility strategy
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive strategic communications experience
- significant experience supporting a CEO or C-suite executive within a publicly traded health care company
- advanced degree preferred
- proven expertise in building and enhancing relationships directly with CEOs
- exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- ability to anticipate trends, issues, and opportunities for CEO engagement
