About this role
Role Overview
Obtain, validate, and organize large client data sets for use within the Zipliens platform.
Maintain high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency across all data deliverables.
Manage recurring data exchanges with external agencies (e.g., Medicare, LRP vendors, Medicaid), ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Deliver customized reporting solutions and visualizations to meet internal and external needs.
Work with client data teams to improve onboarding and file delivery processes.
Identify inefficiencies in recurring workflows, lead optimization initiatives, and document processes and standards to support internal consistency and knowledge sharing.
Partner with developers to define requirements and support tool development in the Zipliens portal.
Provide department leadership with metrics, KPIs, and data-driven recommendations.
Communicate data challenges and solutions clearly and succinctly across teams.
Requirements
Prior experience in the personal injury, mass tort, or lien processing industry is required.
4+ years of experience in data analysis, operations, or reporting.
Advanced proficiency in Excel; exposure to SQL or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a thoughtful approach to downstream impacts.
Comfortable balancing multiple projects and working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Professionalism, self-sufficiency, and readiness for remote work.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical field (preferred).
