About this role
Role Overview
Support the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) grants management mission by providing advisory and program support services across the federal grants lifecycle.
Work includes grants policy and process analysis, program operations support, risk management, and stakeholder engagement to help ACF programs operate in compliance with federal statutes, regulations, and HHS/ACF policies.
Requirements
Minimum of Bachelor's degree
Prior HHS experience or other Federal Public Health experience (NIH, FDA, CDC, CMS, etc.)
Experience working at a large consulting firm
5 or more years of professional experience in consulting, grants management, strategy, organizational transformation, policy development, process improvement, project/program management
Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Ability to develop strong team and client relationships
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including presentation skills)
Creative problem-solving ability and a consultancy mindset
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance (I.e. US Citizenship required)
