About this role

Lead, coach, and develop a team of calibration engineers and technical leaders
Ensure delivery of robust engine or transmission controls solutions
Partner closely with cross-functional teams
Provide technical guidance and decision-making support
Align calibration work to broader organizational, regulatory, and product strategies

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Automotive, or related field)
8+ years of experience in powertrain calibration, controls, or related propulsion systems development
Strong understanding of powertrain operation, emissions, diagnostics, and calibration development processes
Proven ability to lead teams in a matrixed, fast-paced engineering environment
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
