Role Overview
Enable self-organizing, empowered teams to deliver Electrified Propulsion Software product on-time with quality, help develop actionable strategy and support execution in an agile framework.

Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Engineering to include Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science, Computer Engineering and Mathematics.
Minimum 7+ years of engineering experience related to embedded control system, calibration, related hardware, and/or safety critical system development.
Demonstrated results in successful project execution.
Excellent multi-functional communication and leadership skills
able to get multiple teams moving in the same direction.
Demonstrated ability to 'Deal with Ambiguity' while driving timely decision making.
