Translate real-world workflows into course and assignment recommendations
Guide responsible adoption of generative AI in design programs
Educate faculty and students on use cases, authorship, and ethical considerations
Design and scale faculty programs, course pilots, portfolio initiatives, and industry-connected capstones
Deliver structured insight on competitive tools, generative AI perception, and workflow gaps
Develop advocates across faculty, industry practitioners, and creative technologists
Partner with Film, Video, and Motion evangelists to align institutional strategy and messaging
Requirements
8+ years leading creative initiatives in industry and/or higher ed
Degree or equivalent experience in a creative or design-related field
Deep credibility in professional design workflows and creative production pipelines
Proven ability to influence academic leadership and complex institutions
Practical and informed perspective on generative AI in creative production
Skilled at turning complex creative workflows into teachable, scalable models
Experience teaching, lecturing, or developing curriculum in design education
Experience with pulling together a community of designs, faculty members in digital or physical forums
Experience working across design, motion, and video creative teams
Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution—defining scope, aligning teams, managing timelines and resources, and delivering high-impact outcomes in creative and academic environments.
