About this role

Lead an agile product manager, data analyst, and engineering team in a matrix organization
Collaborate with global teams to execute cross-border projects
Mentor and develop junior data product manager, data analyst, and engineers
Oversee data demand and problem rationalization, product feature design, and data workflow
Pioneer the design and development of data agents using agentic AI frameworks

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field
Minimum 17 years of experience in the financial services industry
At least 15 years of hands-on experience in core data domains in asset management industry
At least 15 years of hands-on experience with exchanged traded and OTC financial instruments
Proficiency in modern data management tools (e.g., Databricks) and programming languages (Python, SQL)
Minimum 2 years of experience working with unstructured data
Demonstrated expertise in investment research, portfolio construction and management
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
