Performing, reviewing and coordinating daily checks on file deliverables to the clients and investigating discrepancies
Taking ownership of the issues resolution, engaging others to gain consensus
Monitoring daily processes and internal/external communication, flagging any issues during group discussions or to the manager, suggesting improvements
Developing and maintaining relationships with client´s representatives, and internal/external stakeholders to help aid successful delivery of service
Working together with global team members to discuss strategic initiatives and close out issues
Maintaining effective communication with colleagues and the managers
Offering guidance and support to the less experienced members of the team
Actively working with other team members to build team spirit to be able to grow as a group
Requirements
3+ years of financial services industry experience: experience in Custody, Middle Office, Fund Administration functions is an asset
Customer service or professional experience from a different area than above-listed is acceptable
Working knowledge of MS Excel
Good command of English language and willingness to learn and discover the industry.
