This role plays a critical role in the fair presentation of financial information of the North America Zone and the related internal controls
Prepare the statement of cash flows monthly
Develop effective monthly financial statement analytic procedures to identify errors and anomalies
Develop an efficient process to gather, accumulate, and validate information from business partners
Confirm information provided meets US GAAP criteria for disclosure requirements
Support internal and external audits
Partner with Business Unit team members to understand the financial impacts of Zone strategic directives
Analyze results monthly to provide insights, opportunities & risks to other Accounting teams
Perform balance sheet deep dive analysis
Monthly presentation to leadership
Special projects like work with various teams to develop global Monthly Performance Review process and dashboard

Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
CPA preferred
2+ years of experience including public accounting with emphasis in SEC engagements (Big 4 public accounting firm preferred)
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC rules and regulations
Ability to effectively operate in a fast-paced, complex global organization
Excellent analytical skills
Experience auditing or reviewing processes, desired
Experience with SAP and Hyperion Financial Management, desired
