Role Overview
Own and lead strategic relationships with top pan-European accounts
Develop and execute multi-year account strategies aligned with customer and ResMed priorities
Build trusted partnerships with C-level stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor
Drive value-based solutions combining devices, digital, and services
Lead complex, multi-country negotiations and partnership agreements
Orchestrate cross-functional and cross-country teams to ensure consistent execution
Deliver revenue growth, margin improvement, and share of wallet expansion
Requirements
Proven experience managing multinational or pan-European strategic accounts
Strong track record of engaging and influencing C-level stakeholders
Experience in complex negotiations and multi-year agreements
Background in MedTech, healthcare and complex B2B environments
Demonstrated ability to lead in a matrix organization without direct authority
Experience in value-based or solution selling approaches
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
