Serve as talent management expert and implement local talent initiatives.
Translate enterprise talent strategy into integrated talent roadmaps and annual operating plan.
Deliver regional strategic talent review and succession planning processes.
Identify solutions to accelerate the growth of critical talent.
Manage the talent pipeline and identify future workforce needs.
Define KPIs and success measures for talent solutions, using dashboards to analyze trends.
Collaborate with Culture Leads to drive engagement and inclusion agenda.
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organizational Development.
A Master's degree in I/O Psychology or an MBA is preferred.
Broad HR experience, with a heavy focus on talent management/organizational development.
Strategic Mindset & Business Acumen: Ability to navigate high ambiguity and translate strategic intent into practical talent solutions with business impact.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.
Project Management: ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS), specifically Workday, and employee experience platforms like Glint.
