Role Overview
- Provide financial leadership for major functional and multi-BU projects
- Support end-to-end financial evaluation of acquisitions, divestitures, and partnerships
- Partner with enterprise and business leadership to evaluate strategic options
- Coach and develop analysts and finance partners
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience preferably with CPG industry expertise
- Excellent executive communication skills (written and verbal)
- Financial modeling, valuation, and business case development skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA/CPA/CFA a plus
