Lead development of qualifications and proposals
Support the development of capture planning, presentations, or client debriefings
Prepare and distribute marketing materials for potential clients
Support Marketing Team with administrative duties
Support Operations and Business Development with national trade organization events, initiatives, and administrative duties
Facilitate pursuit kickoff meetings, content development, review cycles, and final submission preparation
Create tailored project descriptions and staff resumes for use in pursuit materials

Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, strategic communications, journalism, or similar degree
Required
Minimum of five years of experience in marketing professional services in the A/E/C industry
Required
Proficient in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Exceptional communication skills
