About this role
Role Overview
Lead complex strategic projects & initiatives in collaboration with the product owner and project manager
Analyze costs, benefits, risks, constraints, business opportunities and needs to be factored into the project’s scope
Identify, formalize and communicate needs and requirements to the various parties involved
Formalize business objectives and model processes
Co-create required solutions with the project team and collaborators from various sectors, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Analyze impacts with parties involved, and identify prerequisites and internal dependencies
Carry out change management activities
Support the organization and target during solution rollouts
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field
A minimum of six years of relevant experience in a business analyst or equivalent role
Knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec
Intermediate advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
Expertise in an agile environment and a solid understanding of the methodology adopted in project mode
