Provide specialized Finance/accounting-related services to the Europe Region reporting to Finance Manager
Provide a range of finance-related support to the Europe team
Responsible for expeditiously and courteously responding to, routing, or resolving inquiries and requests from internal and/or external customers
Receiving, organizing, and keying invoices from a variety of sources into the Accounts Payable system
Ensuring payments are made in accordance with an established budget and source, and preparing invoices for payment
Assisting with monthly and yearly accounting close
Closing out the reconciling items, analyzing and posting corrections
Assisting with AdHocs, reporting and analysis
Complete other duties assigned by Finance Manager or the DFO
Administer and maintain finance/accounting activities in confidentiality and in accordance with TNC policies and procedures and best practices in financial management
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
3 years' related experience or equivalent combination
Experience with GAAP and fund accounting principles, practices and regulations
Experience using automated accounting systems
Experience with accounting/financial issues and analysis
Experience using accounting and financial reporting systems
Technical experience with spreadsheet programs, general ledger reports and financial management tools
