Analyze rights and obligations under insurance policies, draft coverage opinions, and provide coverage advice and recommendations to clients.
Conduct complex and rigorous legal research and analysis, and draft memoranda.
Prepare and analyze pleadings, discovery, motions, supporting briefs, and legal correspondence regarding insurance coverage litigation.
Meet and confer with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties.
Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations as required.
Take a proactive role in managing matters, deadlines, and communication with clients.
Requirements
Admitted to practice law
Has experience in insurance coverage and coverage litigation.
Has excellent legal research, writing, and oral communication skills.
Has strong organizational and time-management skills.
Has the ability to simultaneously handle sensitive and time-sensitive matters.
Has effective problem-solving skills.
Has the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
