Role Overview
- Manage multiple publication projects across multiple writers and authoring teams
- Develop, maintain, and actively manage project plans and timelines
- Monitor deliverables, dependencies, and risks to ensure on-time execution
- Coordinate journal manuscript submissions and revisions
- Manage congress abstract and poster development, submission, and follow-up
- Lead project status calls, schedule meetings, and track action items
Requirements
- years of experience in project management
- strong knowledge of publication project management
- familiarity with Datavision and SharePoint
- ability to manage multiple projects
- experience in client and stakeholder communication
