Drive innovation mindset within the team and organization.
Look for and evaluate new system opportunities, applications & functionalities.
Lead the project execution/ implementation, establishing the project team, overseeing planning, monitoring and control activities.
Monitor and control project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials.
Report progress, status and issues.
Collaborate with external service providers, implementation partners and support teams to ensure system is running according to expectation.
Drive the formal acceptance of the project and acknowledgment by the business/ end users, all in accordance with the agreed scope & timeline.

Minimum a Bachelor in any relevant field
Engineering, IT/IS, Finance, Economics or Supply/
Value Chain.
General project management experience.
Specific supply chain management or/and sourcing experience, especially from industry.
IS implementation experience, preferably with SAP Ariba solutions or other similar tool/
system.
Self-motivated and driven informal leader with ability to get the best out of a diverse team with and without formal line management.
Extremely strong communication and presentation skills.
Fluent in English, written and spoken. Additional languages are preferred.
