Requirements
- Bilingual (French/English)
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to understand the caller’s needs
- Maintain composure, patience and professionalism
- Ability to adapt communication style
- Ability to remain open-minded
