Role Overview
Collaborating with skilled technicians to provision and activate alarm panels
Testing equipment, validating account information, and updating zone details
Managing cellular radio activations for new setups and upgrades
Overseeing data updates for commercial and complex residential accounts
Provide exceptional support to commercial clients
Handling inbound calls to activate monitoring services
Managing a wide range of clearinghouse providers
Guiding technicians in the proper setup
Requirements
Bilingual (French/English)
High School Diploma and/or equivalent
Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
Excellent communication skills
Ability to understand the caller’s needs
Maintain composure, patience and professionalism
Ability to adapt communication style
Ability to remain open-minded
