Role Overview
- Shape and drive brand strategy
- Partner with senior leadership to define enterprise-level strategic initiatives
- Serve as a central integrator across strategy, planning, and execution
- Own the portfolio management process for key brand initiatives
- Lead HEYDUDE Brand Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Prepare executive-level materials for senior leadership and the Board
- Facilitate leadership forums, offsites, and operating rhythms
- Identify opportunities to improve how the organization plans and executes strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or related field; MBA preferred
- 9+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, internal consulting, program leadership, or general management
- Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive toward clear recommendations
- Proven track record of working with senior leaders, influencing without authority
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution
