Provide professional support and strengthen existing dealer relationships at decision-maker level
Serve as the primary contact for all dealer-related technical queries
Implement defined operational measures and strategic objectives (e.g., sales programs or incentives) within the dealer network
Organize and deliver sales training for dealer staff
Monitor market and competitor activity
Plan and manage travel independently
Requirements
Commercial vocational training or degree (ideally with a focus on insurance, automotive, or banking) or equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience in a bank (captive/non-captive), leasing company, insurance company (automotive focus), or as an insurance broker
Good MS Office skills, particularly with Excel and PowerPoint
Valid driver's license (Class B)
Field sales experience within an automotive dealer organization is an advantage
Strong sales orientation and self-motivation
Proactivity, determination, and drive to achieve targets
Willingness to learn and develop professionally
Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
Strong customer and service-provider orientation
High willingness to travel, including overnight stays
