Single point of contact for the management of PPM utility in the APAC region.
This role will front the onboarding of APAC resources & projects into PPM, participate in analysing APAC IT portfolios and project status, review resource utilization, improving quality, and help to reduce project-related risk.
Work with Head of IT, Finance and Business OE to ensure timecard are billed on timely manner every month.
Key Activity for 2026 is to align PPM activities with New Ways of Working (WoW) – Portfolio Creation, Migration to Boost, and Maintenance and Reporting in Boost.
Manages the resource and project onboarding within PPM.
Support portfolio governance covering monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews.
Requirements
Degree in information technology or other comparable technical qualification
7 years of prior experience in managing PPM in a complex multinational environment and program/project management experience are required.
Good exposure to PPM modules and its associated operational needs.
Good understanding in ITIL framework
Able to work with senior stakeholder such as CEO, COO, Global Capability Leaders
Strong experience in managing project financials, demand management, changes management, managing distributed teams, KPI tracking, and reporting alignment within a complex matrix organization would be advantageous.
Candidate should have strong exposure to MS excel based data analysis, presentation using MS PowerPoint, and usage of project management tools.
Has a strong exposure to the functioning of the program management office, standardization of processes, tools, and associated governance.
