Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers, and developers, to understand Allianz's goals and requirements
Support architectural design of products
Evaluate existing systems and infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions
Design and enforce architectural standards
Create and maintain architectural diagrams, technical documentation, and guidelines for development teams
Ensure scalability, performance, and security of the technical solutions
Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Collaborate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to evaluate and select third-party software and service components
Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of proven experience as cross domain IT Architect
Experience in delivering IT Services for Retail and Commercial financial industry
Strong knowledge of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices
Proficient in designing and implementing scalable and secure solutions using a variety of technologies, particularly native Cloud services (AWS/Azure)
Experience with enterprise integration patterns and technologies, such as API management, ESB, or microservices
Experience in designing and implementing data architecture, including data modelling and database systems
Familiarity with Deployment process as code
Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles and ability to apply them in solution design
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically
Experience in Agile methodologies and project management frameworks
Relevant certifications, such as TOGAF or AWS, Azure Certified Solutions Architect, are a plus
