Role Overview
Lead growth and optimization of self-owned e-commerce platforms
Analyze performance data to improve marketing and sales outcomes
Design and execute membership programs and digital marketing campaigns

Drives customer acquisition, retention, and engagement on self-owned platforms, while also impacting sales performance through third-party distributors
Requirements
Experience managing e-commerce platforms, website operations, and digital marketing campaigns
Strong knowledge of customer acquisition, retention, and membership program strategies
Experience supporting third-party digital distributors and online sales channels
Proficiency in client data analysis, including data mining, to drive marketing and sales decisions
Strong CRM, sales promotion, and project management skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
