Implementing quality plans and excursion prevention programs to drive supplier development through Continuous Improvement initiatives
Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to develop, execute, and assess the effectiveness of supplier programs
Facilitate Supplier Performance Reviews to provide suppliers with timely and accurate feedback
Conduct technical risk assessment audits for new suppliers and materials
Establish and ensure supplier compliance with Micron’s Supplier Requirements Standards (SRS)
Support Material Category Leads in shaping the Category Quality Strategy
Implement quality programs and conduct benchmarking with suppliers
Manage supplier and sub-supplier changes through the Supplier Change Management (SCM) process
Oversee the resolution of globally impacting Photochemical quality issues
Collaborate with Global OCT MTE, Operations, and Facility teams to conduct root cause investigations
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry/Chemical/Material Engineering
Master’s Degree in Chemistry/Chemical/Material Engineering or Related Field (desired)
5–10 years of experience in the semiconductor industry or in a high-volume manufacturing environment
Foundational understanding of semiconductor materials and their applications in wafer manufacturing processes
Basic familiarity with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality management system standards
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and OneNote
Strong analytical capabilities with hands-on experience in Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and calibration, Statistical Process Control and FMEA, Problem-solving methodologies
Effective communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
