Work with portfolio managers and analysts in the region to incubate, design and manage research studies of strategic importance to our portfolios
Manage a network of external reporters to ensure the smooth execution of the research studies
Analyze, interpret and communicate Grassroots research study findings to investment professionals
Communicate proactively with investors globally on the findings of the studies and contribute to client communications
Manage multiple research projects on deadline
Active participation in investment meetings

University bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably related to finance or statistics
2+ years of professional work experience related to investment research, market research or investment data analysis
Experience in developing and delivering presentations to both internal management and external clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proactive mindset
English and Chinese Mandarin an advantage
Self-starter and team player
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with both fixed and changing deadlines
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for communicating with internal/external colleagues
Organized and detail-oriented
Knowledge and experience in data analysis and coding
CFA levels passed, aspiration
Investment knowledge and understanding of economics and financial markets
