Actively connect workers with community programs to foster their recovery and return-to-work journey.
Provide face-to-face support at medical case conferences, ensuring workers' needs are addressed and integrated into the claims process.
Establish rapport with workers to understand their unique situations and needs, fostering trust and effective communication.
Work strategically with claims teams to ensure seamless integration of community support into the claims process.
Maintain professionalism in all interactions with internal and external customers.
Employ a person-centered approach, focusing on understanding and addressing the individual needs of workers.

Extensive knowledge of local community programs, government-funded initiatives, and local charity supports to assist workers in overcoming barriers.
Experience in social work or community engagement roles, with a strong understanding of how local current affairs and activities impact employers and their workforce.
Allied Health or Social Work qualifications are highly regarded.
High-level sensitivity and interpersonal skills for effective relationship building.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Comfortable working independently to achieve goals and desired outcomes.
An interest in leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
Able to drive and have access to a reliable vehicle: this role requires travel to sites in the Sydney area
