Responsible for the design, configuration, administration, and ongoing support of security within Workday and SAP
Ensure appropriate access controls are in place to support business operations while maintaining strong security, compliance, and risk management standards
Partner closely with HR, Technology, and business stakeholders to support secure and effective access design
Resolve security-related issues and contribute to the ongoing evolution of HR systems security frameworks
Design, configure, and maintain security roles, permissions, and access controls within Workday
Manage end-to-end user access processes, including provisioning, changes, and removals
Partner with HR and business stakeholders to design, test, and implement security and configuration changes
Assess and support the security impact of system changes, enhancements, integrations, and organizational restructures
Support internal and external audit activities by providing access documentation, security reporting, and evidence of controls
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance security processes, automation, and operational efficiency
Requirements
Experience working with enterprise HR systems (Workday and SAP)
Strong understanding of application security concepts including role-based access control and least privilege principles
Experience in user access management, security configuration, and support of enterprise systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams
Understanding of audit, compliance, and control environments in enterprise systems
Experience with both Workday and SAP security administration (Nice to Have)
Experience supporting audit remediation or compliance reviews (Nice to Have)
Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments (Nice to Have)
Workday Pro Security Certification or SAP security-related certification (Nice to Have)
