The Manager will drive engagement, rapport building and maintain relationship with agents and Branch Managers (“BM“) , Marketing Managers (“MMs“) and Business Development Managers (“BDMs“) of nationwide branches.
Collaborate with branches and marketing teams to support campaigns, manage performance, and provide actionable insights.
Design, plan and initiate agency campaigns and roll out effectively to branches and agents.
Monitor and evaluate branch sales performance and profitability, providing actionable recommendations.
Identify and formulating new initiatives and strategies to generate highest possible resources and revenue for agency distributions.
Identify and address the sustainability of agency segment in the market.
Analyze agency persona and identify business opportunities.
Facilitate communication with branches on sales-related issues to ensure smooth operations.
Provide sales coaching and other sales related products for agents and branches.
Build sales presentation tools for branches.
Assist branches and agents to conduct business presentation to corporate customer or ad-hoc projects.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field is preferred
More than 4 years of working experience
Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu
Proficiency in business presentation
Able to travel and flexible to travel
Highly committed, with a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration
Able to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
Familiar with the use of AI tools such as ChatGPT for tasks simplication
