Proactively engaging partner prospects in territory independently as well as working with marketing and others to ID and engage prospective partners
Attend and present at industry events to evangelize Intermedia and recruit new partners
Present Intermedia’s unique value proposition for the Service Provider Program, (sell them on the company, product, and platform.)
Developing business plans with key partners’ leadership, and ensuring critical milestones are met through plan execution
Coordinating and collaborating with Intermedia’s onboarding and channel sales teams to successfully launch a partnership and achieve target revenue goals
Requirements
8+ plus years of experience in channel management and recruitment of Service Providers selling hosted VoIP, UCaaS, CCaaS, and related cloud solutions in North America.
Demonstrated track record of success in building new revenue-producing partnerships.
Exceptional presentation and oral/written communication skills are a must, given the diverse role types this individual must engage with on a daily basis, including executive leadership.
Strong teamwork skills required to successfully work in a highly matrixed environment.
Highly organized, process oriented, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Experience and ability to meaningfully contribute to continuous improvement process.
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field strongly preferred.
