Role Overview
- Support the company’s governance and assurance processes, being involved with the execution and consistent approach for the Compliance Assessment processes within the groups existing portfolio and future business.
- Support the integration of new assets into the portfolio as appropriate.
- Ensure that the Group Operating Standard and SHE standards specified in the Company Operating system are adhered to by the site teams.
- Provide support and guidance to their discipline counterparts across the group, to ensure engineering related risk to people, the environment, plant and the business is understood and managed systematically and effectively across px operations and projects.

Requirements
- Degree qualified in a relevant engineering discipline, or equivalent
- Considerable work experience in regulated, high hazard industries (e.g. Oil & Gas exploration and production, oil refining, gas processing chemicals manufacturing or power generation).
- Broad experience across electrical engineering fields
- Experience of regulatory compliance and adherence to engineering standards.
- Relevant experience in maintaining and managing effective relationships with both internal and external personnel.
