Improve the Employee SharePoint to be a robust employee resource
Assist in development of People Operations Process Documents
Work alongside lead recruiter to screen candidates
Coordinate employee engagement activities alongside People Partner
Work within the HRIS to create various reports based on employee metrics
Assist with collecting and analyzing employee survey data to ascertain trends
Perform research on new development, onboarding and engagement trends
Present HR concepts and ideas in written and verbal format
Conduct independent research on HR-related topics
Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
Must be a rising senior undergraduate or graduate student enrolled full time for the upcoming semester in an accredited college or university in Business Management or Human Resources.
10-week commitment with availability to start mid-May 2026 to early June 2026.
Excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint. SharePoint and Power BI are a plus.
Strong organizational and follow through skills.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
