Role Overview
- Development, implementation and maintenance of educational materials for HVAC product and services training
- Prepare sales aids, stock lists, match forms for internal and customer use
- Schedule, organize, facilitate and deliver training for branch personnel and customers
- Coordinate learning delivery through personal facilitation, e-learning, vendor, and other educational organizations
Requirements
- Become certified trainer in vendor training programs (Kohler, Mitsubishi)
- Familiar with Wrightsoft to assist branches
- Monitor HVAC training programs for effectiveness
- Respond in a timely manner to customer and associate queries
- Collaborate with purchasing and branch staff to identify necessary HVAC products for marketplace
