Role Overview
- Oversee the entire Content Workflow process for key DACH markets
- Ensure content is processed correctly and made available to customers
- Perform quality control and establish relationships with external publishers
- Collaborate with third party service providers to optimize efficiency
- Work with internal teams on integrating new file formats
- Contribute ideas for innovative ways to create or enhance processes
- Manage projects and develop internal tools for growth and success
- Support the Head of Content Operations in progressing the Content Team strategy
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English
- Exceptional self-motivation
- Ability to focus on details and take decisive action
- Experience managing projects successfully
- Knowledge and passion for the latest technology
- Experience with publishing tools (Acrobat, inDesign, etc.) and support tools (Jira, etc.) is a bonus
- Interest in reading magazines and exploring new knowledge
