Requirements

7+ years of Product Management experience preferably in a healthcare environment or digital health.
Deep understanding of product management practices, including market research, ideation, user testing, and agile development.
Experience working directly with engineers, designers, data analysts/scientists to solve multi-faceted problems to drive business value for internal and external stakeholders.
Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences that improve the lives of in-home patients and support healthcare partners.
Working knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Strong empathy, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong strategic thinking, research and analytical skills to inform product decisions.
Preferred: experience with SQL, design tools, ticketing tools (Jira, Linear), A/B testing, and prototyping.
