As Head of Transformation Design Authority, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the integrity and coherence of transformation across regulatory operations.
You will establish and lead a design authority that ensures all transformation activity aligns with strategic objectives, design principles and the wider change landscape.
Acting with delegated authority, you will provide oversight and final sign-off on key design decisions, ensuring consistency, standardisation and long-term sustainability.
Working at the intersection of people, process and technology, you will lead the design of future-facing operating models, systems and ways of working—including the implementation of a new case management system.
You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, operational teams and technical partners to shape innovative, data-driven solutions that improve performance and outcomes.
A key part of your impact will be bringing people with you—engaging, influencing and inspiring teams to embrace new ways of working.
You will champion innovation, challenge the status quo and ensure that transformation is both ambitious and achievable.
This is a highly visible leadership role where your decisions will directly influence organisational effectiveness, regulatory outcomes and public protection.
