Together with the Sales Reps, you are responsible for generating new prospects/potential customers through outbound and inbound calls
In your Discovery Calls you ask targeted questions to determine the customer's current situation and identify the need for the appropriate products from Shiftmove (Vimcar & Avrios)
On the phone you identify customer needs, develop business cases and—through tailored product demos—demonstrate the value of our solutions in a proposal
Our sales cycles in the SMB segment are short; you quickly identify champions and decision-makers and close deals efficiently
You keep your pipeline in Salesforce up to date and maintain a clear overview of your target attainment, results, and forecasts
Requirements
You have several years of B2B sales experience in a closing role and speak German at native level (C2) as well as fluent English (at least B2)
You are passionate about modern mobility management
You can easily build strong relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders and work collaboratively with prospects to create solutions and deliver value for them
You approach challenges with resilience and perseverance, aren’t discouraged by setbacks, and always find a way to move forward
You are a strong team player who achieves individual results but also shares best practices and supports colleagues to grow together
You proactively seek feedback, act on it and take responsibility for your development—coachability is natural to you
