Role Overview
- Review eLearning modules for accuracy, functionality, and instructional quality.
- Validate content alignment with learning objectives and storyboards.
- Test course functionality in LMS environments.
- Check multimedia elements, assessments, and navigation flows.
- Identify and document defects and improvement areas.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to resolve issues.
- Maintain and contribute to the development of QA standards, checklists, and quality frameworks.
- Support quality assurance across multiple concurrent learning projects in a fast-paced production environment.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in content quality testing
- Experience reviewing Storyline/Captivate courses
- Familiarity with SCORM testing tools
