Supervise and execute monthly and annual billing runs
Schedule and monitor direct debit cycles, payment plans and unpaid payment representations
Manage billing specifics related to photovoltaic installations
Ensure accurate tax calculations and contribute to regulatory filings
Build and document the various management processes
Identify flow anomalies (Enedis rejections, metering errors)
Monitor data pipelines and verification processes
Handle complex claims that require in-depth analysis

Bachelor's or Master's degree
3–5 years' experience in billing teams at an electricity supplier
Solid understanding of market mechanisms related to billing (TRVE)
Strong knowledge of data flows with the DSO (Enedis / local distribution companies
ELD)
Proficiency with an energy billing ERP
Advanced Excel skills
Ability to grasp complex solutions and develop reliable fixes
Critical mindset regarding data to protect gross margin and cash flow
