Audit and analysis of functional requirements: In partnership with the Partner Solutions Architect, plan, prepare and conduct meetings with accounting firms from kick-off to lessons learned (Retex), including briefings, scoping sessions and debriefs.
Migration project management: In partnership with the Partner Solutions Architect, ensure migrations follow a clear, defined path for all stakeholders, both internal and external, document them and track them in an accessible repository.
Business onboarding and configuration: Help configure Pennylane solutions to adapt to clients' existing business processes, working closely with technical teams.
Integration and post-migration support: Work with PSA/PSS Back technical teams to ensure interfaces and integrations operate according to business requirements.
Post-migration testing and analysis: Conduct intermediate and final functional tests (including user acceptance testing) to validate that solutions meet business needs.
Automation and business process optimization: Identify and prioritize automation needs and processes to implement or optimize.
Data solution management and evolution: Identify and report, through field feedback, data needs that provide better project insights and enable more effective execution.
Research and development: Maintain product and industry monitoring to ensure the product continually offers relevant features.
Front/Back collaboration: Understand the responsibilities of PSS
Back tasks and be able to step into production support occasionally, depending on availability.
