About this role
Role Overview
- Build and deploy shop-floor applications using Tulip and MES platforms
- Integrate MES with enterprise systems (ERP/SAP, CMMS, and related tools)
- Develop dashboards and analytics using Power BI and Tulip Analytics
- Support end-of-line test cell and manufacturing workflow improvements
- Troubleshoot production-impacting system issues
- Manage assigned technical projects, timelines, and change requests
- Ensure manufacturing data accuracy and system reliability
- Conduct operator training and knowledge-transfer sessions
- Support lab testing and proof-of-concept evaluations for new solutions
- Participate in an on-call rotation supporting deployed applications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of manufacturing or operations technology experience
- Experience designing or supporting shop-floor software solutions
- Hands-on experience with MES systems (Tulip, Proficy, FactoryLogix, Siemens, Rockwell, etc.)
- Experience troubleshooting and supporting production environments
- Ability to gather plant requirements and work with operations stakeholders
