Role Overview
- Monitor daily backups and assist with data restoration.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux systems in a production environment.
- Configure and manage OpenVPN connections for internal and external users.
- Support administration and maintenance of virtual machines in a Proxmox environment.
- Handle and document support requests in the ticketing system and provide first-line resolution for common IT issues.
Requirements
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Comfortable with occasional customer-facing contact
- Very good German language skills
- Some experience with Proxmox and Linux
