Role Overview
- Monitoring daily backups and assisting with data restoration.
- Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Linux systems in production.
- Setting up and managing OpenVPN connections for internal and external users.
- Assisting with administration and maintenance of virtual machines in the Proxmox environment.
- Handling and documenting support requests in the ticketing system and providing first-line resolution for common IT issues.
Requirements
- Friendly and approachable personality
- Comfortable with occasional customer contact
- Very good German language skills
- Initial experience with Proxmox and Linux
