Supervise the daily financial operations of the company’s clients in the Forex industry.
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including recording financial transactions and reconciling accounts.
Monitor accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments.
Process invoices, manage payments, and track all financial transactions.
Prepare accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies, and manage the preparation and timely submission of regulatory reports.
Assist in preparing for audits and collaborate with external auditors.
Provide financial support and advice to management as required.
Prepare tax returns and management accounts.
Prepare budgets and estimate monthly expenses for the company’s clients.
Perform monthly reconciliation of PSP (Payment Service Provider) statements with accounting records.
Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned.

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial services, preferably with experience in Forex.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Experience with accounting software and proficiency in MS Excel.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy in record-keeping, and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
